Collectables is Certificated Limited edition number 6960 of
10000 produced in 1994. The set consists of 10 vehicles in
various liveries of breweries owned and run by the Whitbread
Group of companies at the time of release (Whitbread are no
longer in the brewing business). The set comprises of the
following; 2 x Morris vans (Murphys
Irish Stout and Mackeson
Stout); 2 x Morris buses (Stella Artois and Whitbread Best
Bitter); 2 x Morris tanker trucks (Flowers Fine Ales and
Heineken Lager
beer); 2 x Morris open trucks with sack loads
(Boddingtons Bitter and
Welsh Bitter); and 2 x Morris?
forward-control trucks with plastic 'tilt' backs (Whitbread Ales
& Stout and
Whitbread Trophy). Acquired for this collection -
January 2003. |
